Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days ( For jewelry 10 business days ) including expedited shipping. If you are in a rush please email us prior to purchase and we can try and accommodate. Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Signatures are not required if you would prefer to add this feature shoot us an email.
Once a delivery label is made, you will receive an email with tracking information. We are not responsible for any lost packages that show delivery. Please note orders cannot be canceled or changed once shipment takes place. Due to Covid 19 delivery times are not guaranteed and MUSE by RIMO is not responsible for late packages.
